Maxzila provides digital services including WhatsApp automation training, a subscription-based automation platform, marketing tools, and custom digital marketing campaigns.
Our flagship product is the 3-hour WhatsApp Automation Workshop, delivered online through platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.

All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.


2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree to:

Lawful Use
You will use Maxzila services in full compliance with applicable laws, WhatsApp Business policies, and anti-spam regulations.

No Misuse
You will not engage in spam messaging, fraud, misleading claims, abusive content, illegal activities, or violation of third-party rights.

Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

Professional Conduct
You agree to maintain respectful communication with instructors, support staff, and other participants.

Maxzila reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if these terms are violated.


3. Payment, Billing & Currency

Full Payment Required
All workshop fees and service charges must be paid in full at the time of registration or purchase.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and international payments through Razorpay-supported channels.

Accepted Currencies
Payments may be accepted in INR for domestic customers and USD or other supported currencies for international customers.

No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance, technical issues on the user side, or change of mind.

Taxes Included
All applicable taxes (such as GST) are included in the displayed pricing unless specified otherwise.


4. Digital Delivery & Access

Upon successful payment:

  • You will receive an instant payment confirmation

  • Workshop access details will be emailed within 15 minutes

  • Digital resources or service access may be delivered instantly or within the communicated timeline

It is the user’s responsibility to provide a valid email and ensure access to stable internet during sessions.

Maxzila is not responsible for technical failures on the user’s device, network issues, or inability to join due to personal limitations.


5. Guarantees & Disclaimers

Educational Purposes Only
Workshops and training programs are intended to provide knowledge—not guaranteed results.

No Income Guarantee
Your business results depend on your effort, skill, and external factors. Maxzila does not guarantee income, outcomes, or performance.

Not Affiliated With WhatsApp
Maxzila is an independent platform.
We do not represent or have any partnership with WhatsApp, Meta, or affiliated companies.

Your WhatsApp account is your responsibility.
We are not liable for bans, restrictions, or enforcement actions by WhatsApp due to improper usage.

Information Provided “As Is”
Marketing strategies evolve frequently. We provide up-to-date information, but give no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or future relevance.


6. Termination of Service

Maxzila may suspend or terminate your access:

  • Immediately if you violate these Terms

  • For fraudulent activity

  • For misuse of platform resources

  • If required by law or regulatory authority

Customers may request service termination for subscription-based services by providing 30 days’ written notice, but payments already made remain non-refundable.


7. Limitation of Liability

Maxzila is not responsible for:

  • Loss of revenue or business

  • Damages caused by user errors

  • Technical issues due to user devices or internet

  • WhatsApp account penalties or restrictions

  • Third-party tool issues or outages

Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid to Maxzila for the specific service.


8. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, slides, training content, videos, documents, and digital assets are owned by Maxzila.
You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share any content without written permission.

Violating this may result in legal action.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
